Cod in Parchment
(Cod en Papillote)
Ingredients
Cod 1 pack
Cherry tomato 6 pcs
Fennel 1
Lemon 1/2
Onion 1
Garlic 3 petals
Butter 5 g
Rosemary pinch of
Black pepper pinch of
Salt pinch of
Olive oil 1 tsp
White wine 2 tbsp
Preparation
– Slice fennel, lemon, onion and garlic
– Rinse the cod and drain it with kitchen paper
– Cod sprinkled with sea pot, black pepper, and marinated with white wine
– Get baking paper ready
– Set Aside
Method
– Fold the baking paper in half and place it on the plate
– Put the fennel, onion, garlic, cod, cherry tomato, olive oil, lemon, and butter on the oven paper in order, fold the edges repeatedly and press tightly
-Place in oven at 200 degrees for 10 minutes
– Take it out, cut the baking paper and sprinkle with rosemary
– Enjoy
