After shopping, please follow the procedure below:

2. Please write your name, phone number and delivery address on the payment slip or screenshot

3. After receiving your payment, we will contact you to arrange the delivery date, and email the invoice to you accordingly

4. Deliver the goods to your designated address within 3 – 5 working days

5. Please reserve time to collect your goods

6. If you need to change the delivery date or time or address, please contact us 2 working days before the original scheduled delivery date

7. If you or the recipient fails to collect the ordered goods within the agreed delivery time, the company reserves the right to charge a delivery fee of HK$200

8. Please check the ordered goods and quantity at the time of delivery

9. You are requested to examine the goods immediately upon delivery for any deficiencies and/ or damages. Otherwise, you will be deemed to have accepted the goods as satisfying as they delivered and in fulfillment of your order

10. If there is any problem with the goods, you must inform the delivery person to indicate the relevant matters, and please contact us within the date of delivery

* Customers must ensure that all information in the order (including delivery address and contact information) are correct. The company will not be responsible for any failure to deliver or delayed delivery due to incomplete or inaccurate information provided to us by customers.

* The company have the right to reject the customer’s order (whether there is a reason or not), especially when the customer’s order is out of stock or the customer has not paid the order.
